HVAC Installation & Service Technician (Commercial)

Glastonbury, CT & Surrounding Areas
$33–$40 per hour

Staffworks Group has an immediate opening for a Connecticut Licensed HVAC Technician to support commercial projects in the Glastonbury, CT area and surrounding towns.

Position Overview

As an HVAC Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial settings. You will play a key role in ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction by delivering expert service, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform installations, system startups, and testing
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective solutions
