  • Active Connecticut S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping & Cooling Journeyperson License

  • EPA Section 608 certification

  • Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience

  • Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability

  • Experience with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, controls, airflow, and refrigeration

  • Strong homeowner communication skills

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

  • Aprofessional, accountable, leadership mindset

Highly valued:EPA Universal, ServiceTitan experience, NATE certification, OSHA training, heat-pump expertise, and experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians.
