Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources , Industrial Labor Relations or Business Administration

Preferred:

  • A proven leader with a strong business mindset
  • Ability to influence and achieve results in diverse environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to relocate
  • Preferred graduation dates are Winter 202 7 or Spring 202 8

The hourly rate for this position is $ 39 . 00 /hour. At General Mills we strive for each employee’s pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences and skills for their role. The pay for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decision including, but not limited to, educational degree in process, major of study and year in school.
