A Brief Overview
To exhibit an understanding of telehealth nursing in a community setting and a willingness to grow in anticipated roles within a call center.
What you will do
  • Ability to use good nursing judgement within the framework of CECC
  • Ability to maneuver through the computer using CECC and other programs
  • Ability to adopt to other roles within the Call Center as tasks develop
  • Flexibility with scheduling as staffing needs arise
  • Ability to work well as a team member
Education Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Required
Experience Qualifications
  • 4-6 years A minimum of five years' experience in medical/surgical nursing Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have basic computer skills. Good communication skills. Bilingual Spanish a must
Licenses and Certifications
  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Valid NJ RN state licensure. Upon Hire Required and
  • Maintaining Continuing Education Credits Upon Hire Required
