Here, you will have the autonomy to drive complex engineering solutions while being supported by an established, nationally respected firm that actively invests in your long-term career trajectory and professional growth.
Core Responsibilities
  • Mission-Critical Design Leadership: Architect and execute robust electrical power distribution systems, system definitions, equipment selections, and high-reliability configurations for complex mission-critical facilities.
  • Technical Quality & Stewardship: Act as the Lead Electrical Engineer across assigned projects, ensuring a precise balance between technical quality, production schedules, documentation milestones, and budget constraints.
  • Client Advisory & Decision Support: Partner directly with project owners and stakeholders to evaluate sophisticated design options, providing clear, strategic recommendations that weigh reliability, redundancy, constructability, and lifecycle impacts.
  • Multidisciplinary Integration: Coordinate seamlessly across architectural, mechanical, civil, and technology disciplines to deliver code-compliant, perfectly integrated building systems.
  • Construction Phase Ownership: Serve as the owner's primary technical representative during construction, managing RFI responses, submittal reviews, and field observations while swiftly resolving engineering challenges.
  • Team Mentorship & Development: Cultivate the next generation of engineering talent by providing structured technical guidance, coaching, and comprehensive quality reviews for junior engineers and designers.

Required Qualifications
