Job Description:
- Seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst with 1โ€“3 years of experience in a HIPAA-covered healthcare or pharmacy environment.
- Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, data science, or a related discipline
- Analyze pharmacy dispensing, fulfillment, and operational data to support business performance and decision-making.
- Use SQL, Excel, and Python or R to extract, analyze, validate, and automate operational data and reporting.
- Build, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across pharmacy dispensing data sources.
- Generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and support cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with Performance Operations analysts to develop reporting, automation, and data validation processes.
- Handle PHI in compliance with HIPAA and adhere to covered-entity data governance and privacy requirements.
- Candidates must be actively coding in SQL and Python/R.
- Ideal candidates have experience with healthcare, pharmacy, claims, or dispensing data, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
