The Head of Digital Health Product Management is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide digital health strategy for the Laboratory Diagnostics business. This leader owns the vision, innovation roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management of a global portfolio of digital health solutions that enable laboratories, health systems, clinicians, and patients to leverage diagnostics data to improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and healthcare delivery.

The role leads a global organization of product management professionals responsible for laboratory informatics, AI-enabled diagnostics solutions, connected diagnostics, cloud platforms, workflow automation, interoperability, data analytics, clinical decision support, digital pathology, customer-facing software solutions, and emerging digital health technologies.

As a member of the Diagnostics Digital Health Leadership Team, this leader will be responsible for continuing to expand, accelerate and transform our ALINQ digitally enabled diagnostics products and ecosystem, accelerating recurring software revenue growth, strengthening customer engagement, and creating differentiated value through data, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and execute a multi-year digital health strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
  • Establish a vision for the future of digitally connected diagnostics and laboratory informatics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand beyond diagnostics products into software, analytics, AI, and digital services.
  • Shape enterprise investment priorities related to digital products and platforms.
  • Advise executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders on digital health trends, innovation opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Own digital health business growth strategy and associated revenue objectives.
  • Drive recurring software and subscription-based revenue models.
  • Develop commercialization strategies for new digital solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Regional Leaders to accelerate adoption.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements and executive-level relationships.
  • Evaluate strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
  • Establish scalable global business models for digital health products and services.
  • Drive innovation across diagnostics, informatics, AI, and healthcare technology.
  • Establish partnerships with health systems, technology companies, academic institutions, and digital health innovators.
  • Build a pipeline of future growth opportunities leveraging diagnostic data, AI, and cloud technologies.
  • Champion design thinking and customer-centric innovation methodologies.
  • Lead incubation and commercialization of emerging digital health products.
  • Serve as the sponsor for strategic healthcare systems, reference laboratories, and integrated delivery networks.
  • Understand laboratory workflows and evolving customer needs.
  • Translate customer insights into innovative product strategies.
  • Partner with Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs leaders to ensure solutions deliver meaningful clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, laboratory directors, pathologists, and healthcare executives. Establish, strong product and Digital Health trends feedback and operating processes to drive improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.

MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred.

Experience

20+ years of progressive experience in product management, digital health, software, healthcare technology, diagnostics, or related industries.

7+ years of leadership experience managing global product management organizations.

Proven success launching and scaling digital health products and platforms.

Demonstrated experience managing complex product portfolios and driving commercial growth.

Experience influencing executive leadership, customers, and strategic stakeholders.

Strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems and digital business models.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Digital Health, Diagnostics, Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, Laboratory Informatics, or Life Sciences.

The base pay for this position is

$190,000.00 - $380,000.00
