What can I do as an RN that isn't bedside?

As an RN, you can work in administrative roles, case management, health education, research, or telehealth, which do not involve direct patient bedside care. These positions often require strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and sometimes additional certifications. They offer alternative career paths within healthcare settings or community programs.
