What you'll do:
Do you want hands-on experience building interactive customer demos and training content that brings our electrical protection solutions to life?
This position is an 8- or 12-week paid internship based at our Customer Experience Center. In this role, you'll help develop and deliver interactive demonstrations that showcase how core protection and control products work in real-world applications. You'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to translate technical concepts into clear, visual, and engaging experiences for visitors.
You'll be supported by a team invested in your development and will receive coaching on product messaging, demo flow, and presentation skills so you can build a strong foundation for a career in customer experience, applications engineering, or technical marketing.

What You'll Do:
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals-including graphics, videos, and animations-that make advanced ideas easy for anyone to understand.
Design and produce high-impact marketing content for an immersive experience center environment, from digital displays and motion graphics to print and event materials.
Own and evolve PowerPoint training templates-creating polished, modern slide systems that elevate technical seminars and instructor-led training.
Work fluently across the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to deliver consistent, brand-aligned content across multiple formats.
Collaborate with technical experts and marketers to creatively tell stories that educate, engage, and inspire visitors, customers, and trainees.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or higher) in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication/Visual Communications Design, Motion Graphics, or similar.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above (please don't round).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative suite of products
• No relocation is offered for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Ellisville, MO site.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience creating content in one or more formats: short videos, basic animation, digital signage/graphics, or interactive walkthroughs
• Comfort presenting to small groups and a willingness to practice and improve with coaching
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback quickly
