Job Summary
The Intern role provides hands-on experience supporting business operations, client-facing initiatives, project delivery activities, and technical consulting services within a professional services environment. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to assist with project coordination, research, analysis, documentation, communications, and operational support activities that contribute to successful team and client outcomes.

Support day-to-day activities; collaborate across teams; assist with project coordination, research, reporting, documentation, meetings, presentations, process improvement, and professional development activities including workshops and a capstone project.

Education
Currently enrolled in and continuing enrollment after internship in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA (or equivalent).
Functional Area Specializations
Engineering & Design
  • Support consulting teams with technical research, analysis, and project execution.
  • Apply academic knowledge to real-world technical challenges.
  • Preferred majors: Engineering, Data Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or other STEM disciplines.

Marketing
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, branding, and market research.
  • Work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and support campaign analytics.
  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or related fields.

Salary Range: The hourly pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $18.40 - $25.20/hr.
Location B: $20.20 - $27.70/hr.
Location C: $22.00 - $30.20 /hr.
