What is an internship Google review?

An Internship Google Review is a written evaluation or feedback posted on Google Reviews by someone who has completed an internship at a particular organization. These reviews typically describe the intern’s experiences, including the work environment, mentorship, learning opportunities, and overall satisfaction. Prospective interns often read these reviews to gauge whether an organization would be a good fit for them. Companies may also use these reviews to improve their internship programs based on the feedback provided.

What types of projects can interns expect to work on during their internship at Google?

As a Google intern, you can expect to work on meaningful, real-world projects that align with your area of study and the needs of your assigned team. Many interns contribute to core products, develop new features, or assist in research initiatives alongside full-time Googlers. You’ll often collaborate with talented professionals across engineering, product management, and design, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The projects are designed to challenge you, encourage growth, and give insight into how Google operates at scale.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Google intern, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Google Intern, you generally need a strong academic background in your field, problem-solving abilities, and relevant coursework or project experience. Familiarity with tools and languages such as Python, Java, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform is often required, along with any role-specific certifications. Excellent communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn are standout soft skills for this position. These skills ensure interns can quickly adapt, contribute meaningfully to projects, and collaborate effectively within Google's dynamic environment.

Possible Advancement into full employee status for the right candidates.
Join our growing team and gain access to cutting edge industry training, supervision, and evaluation in the exciting field of internet marketing. We're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn. If you've reviewed our other job postings, but feel you're not fully qualified, you may be perfect for an internship.
Please, only apply if you've studied or worked in a related field and have developed at least beginner level knowledge or skills related to the skill list below. This is a digital tech company, so if you're excited about learning about the startup environment and culture this is a great opportunity.
About Us
We are a growing digital marketing company with clients all over the nation. Our office is located in Downtown Littleton in an awesome coworking space walking distance from the light rail station. We (the 2 co-founders) think of ourselves as fun, young, working professionals - besides the fact that we are complete nerds about SEO and digital marketing. Our current work load is already at its limit, and we are rapidly scaling every month.
Our Core Values
  1. Maximize our client's ROI & build long-lasting client relationships
  2. Provide a digital marketing/web development support system that most businesses only dream about
  3. Build a loyal team of passionate, hard working, friendly, quirky, and awesome people.
Your Role
As an intern we'll work with you to enhance and develop your skills to get you on track to succeed in the field of digital marketing, web design, SEO, customer service, graphic design, and more. Depending on your ambitions and skills, we'll find the best way to hone your skills, build experience, all while supporting the growth of our business.
Our internships provide actual on the job training, and core work related to our field. No coffee runs, or pointless errands.
About You:
Above all, we're looking for someone who fits well with our company. You should be kind, ambitious, hard working, respectful, reliable, a fast learner. You should have a true desire to produce the highest quality work for our clients and be invested in their success.
Basic Knowledge (should know of or have experience with at least one):
  • Wordpress Development
  • Landing Page Design/Optimization
  • Print Material Design
  • Logo Design/Redesign
  • CSS/PHP/HTML
  • Photoshop Skills
  • Online Customer Service/Account Management
  • Secretarial/Clerical/Phones
  • Social Media posting, advertising, and Account Management
Bonus Skills:

  • Adobe After Effects skills
  • Landing Pages: call-to-actions, conversion optimization
  • PPC: keyword research, quality score optimization, remarketing, reporting & analytics
  • Google My Business: page listing management, optimization, customer engagement
  • Content Writing: ability to create intelligent copy that drives customer behavior (blog posts, blurbs, call-to-actions, about pages, sales copy)
Next Steps:
Send us your cover letter and resume. We want to know who you are, your interests, background, and why you think you're a good fit for our company. Let us know your salary requirements as well.
