Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Level)

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and building practical solutions that deliver business value. This role will support a portfolio of 20-30 internal applications ranging from small utility tools to business-critical systems. Many upcoming projects are still being defined, so success in this role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and help shape solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and enhance internal web applications and business tools
  • Develop modern user interfaces and backend services that support business operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and determine next steps for evolving projects
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly experiences, often taking ownership of UI and design decisions
  • Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and cloud services
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Contribute to the modernization of development practices, including containerization and cloud-based solutions

Database & Data Experience
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake, or similar platforms
  • Ability to optimize queries and understand indexes, migrations, and data integrity principles
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or equivalent is a plus
Cloud & DevOps
  • Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools
  • Docker, Podman, containerd, or related container technologies
Monitoring & Observability

Experience with tools such as:

  • Application Insights
  • OpenTelemetry

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $12.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
