Do employers take Google certificates seriously?

Employers generally recognize Google certificates, especially for roles related to digital marketing, data analytics, and IT support, as they demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge. While they can enhance a candidate's resume, they are often considered supplementary to hands-on experience and other qualifications. The value depends on the industry, role, and how well the certificate complements other skills.

Can you get a job at Google with Google certification?

Google certifications, such as the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, can enhance your resume and demonstrate relevant skills, but they do not guarantee a job at Google. Hiring decisions at Google typically consider a combination of education, experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
