Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. The internship will be in person at our Dallas, TX office and will begin on June 1, 2027, and end on August 6, 2027. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week during the 10-week program). The pay rate is $24.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.
This is your chance to be part of a Global Distribution Team that is an important part of Hilton's Commercial Services organization around the world. As an Intern, you will support the team responsible for booking channel management and negotiations, booking channel optimization and operations, and services including payment and transaction settlement for online and digital third-party channels driving business to Hilton's hotels globally.

Projects you'll take ownership of:
  • Engage in impactful projects, take part in learning and development workshops, and build connections through networking and social events with Team Members and fellow interns
  • Support your assigned team through the program, which could include preparing reports, presentations, conducting research, and analyzing data.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions.
  • Utilize organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with your team
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and learnings
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Can commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in our Dallas, TX office
  • Sophomore or junior of post-secondary education program; or have less than one (1) year of professional experience

It would be useful if you have:
  • Held a leadership role in your community or engaged with a student run organization.
  • Internship or work experience in the hospitality or customer service (e.g. server, front desk, volunteer, coach)
  • Exposure to software development technologies such as C#, React JS, Microsoft SQL Server, and APIs, with an understanding of how front-end applications, backend systems, databases, and third-party integrations work together
  • Exposure to project management through coursework, academic projects, internships, part-time employment, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement
