Job Title: Esports Program Instructor / Coach

Location: Varies. Multiple locations across the Atlanta Metro Area

Department: Esports Program

Reports to: Program Director

Position Type: Part Time. After School Hours


Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Esports Instructor and Coach to lead engaging after school esports programming for students. This role focuses on teaching competitive gaming fundamentals, teamwork, strategy, digital content creation, and career exposure within the esports industry. The ideal candidate understands gaming culture, competitive play, and youth development, with the ability to inspire students while fostering both personal growth and team excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Esports Instruction and Curriculum Delivery

Teach fundamentals of competitive gaming across multiple genres including FPS, MOBA, sports simulation, and battle royale

Educate students about roles within the esports ecosystem such as players, coaches, analysts, streamers, and event staff

Develop strategic thinking, decision making, and game awareness


Competitive Skills and Strategy Development

Provide coaching on mechanics, positioning, communication, and gameplay improvement

Lead practice sessions, scrimmages, and structured gameplay reviews

Help students build critical thinking and problem solving skills through gaming scenarios
