This person will work within a tightly knit global HR team, the main responsibilities for this role will include updating company documents, assisting with our HR internal systems, and providing ad hoc support to the internal HR team. It is vital that the chosen candidate is organized, diligent, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Xsolla's HR global team on various projects
  • Answer employees' questions and provide requested information in a timely manner
  • Maintain, schedule, and coordinate calendar activities
  • Support weekly training initiatives, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee development progress
  • Assist with benefits-related inquiries, and support benefit-related processes
  • Attend team meetings and take notes
  • Manage and automate core HR processes in the company HRIS, HiBob.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Current attendance at an accredited university
  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  • Some level of proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Proactive thinker who takes initiative to anticipate the needs of department/team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
