Job description

A growing software consultancy is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help redefine how custom software is built. This team partners with companies in manufacturing, construction, steel, and distribution to deliver production-grade applications using modern stacks and AI-native development workflows. This is a full-time opportunity to work on greenfield and client-driven projects while leveraging advanced AI coding tools to dramatically accelerate delivery.
This position is ideal for engineers who want more ownership and less bureaucracy. Instead of grinding through tickets, you’ll act as the technical lead, directing AI coding agents, making architecture decisions, and working directly with clients to turn business problems into shipped software. The company believes one great engineer, equipped with the right AI tools, can outperform an entire traditional team. You’ll be on the front lines of that shift, helping define best practices for AI-driven software delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
  •  3–8 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Full-stack development experience (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
  • Experience shipping real production applications
  • Comfort using modern AI coding tools (or strong interest in AI-native workflows)
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Ability to work independently and own outcomes
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Consulting or agency background
  • Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Interest in manufacturing, construction, or industrial domains
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
  • 40% Full-Stack Application Development
  • 30% AI-Assisted Coding & Review
  • 20% Architecture & Technical Decision-Making
  • 10% Client Collaboration

Daily Responsibilities
  • 70% Hands-On Engineering
  • 15% Technical Leadership & Review
  • 15% Client & Team Collaboration

The Offer
  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Bonus eligible

You will receive the following benefits:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Paid Time Off
  • Relocation Support (if needed)

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
