Responsibilities
• Perform sales pre-set appointments provided by the company. Following up to close deals and asking for reviews/referrals.
• Actively reach out to prospective customers through phone calls and in-person visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Present detailed information about foundation repair solutions, including pricing options and service benefits.
• Upsell additional services or upgrades to maximize customer value and company revenue.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and route schedules using organizational tools.
• Conduct route driving efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and schedules.
Qualifications
Skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain information and pricing details
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles, preferably within the foundation industry
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
• Valid driving license
• Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and client information
• Strong time management, coaching ability, and a people-first attitude.
• Math proficiency for calculating quotes.
• Must pass a drug test
• Bilingual is helpful but not mandatory
• Foundation repair knowledge with slab, pier, and beam. But not necessary
