Job description

What You'll Do
  • Conducting field observations associated with existing facilities
  • Performing facilities related services including roofing and waterproofing, fireproofing and fire stopping, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, leak investigations, and forensic investigations
  • Attending project meetings and assisting in project resolutions
  • Assisting with the resolution of both technical and administrative project issues

What We're Looking For
  • Actively pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related degree
  • Interest in building forensics, mechanical systems, and structures
  • Position requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height
  • Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - mileage will be reimbursed

The expected pay range for this role and location is $21-$23/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
