Compensation & Schedule
$2,404 gross weekly pay
Includes $1,000 weekly tax-free stipend (for eligible travelers)
48 hours guaranteed
12-hour night shifts
Weekend and holiday rotation required
36/48 Flex Schedule available: $2,188 weekly average
36/36 Schedule available: $1,800 weekly
Position Overview
SpectrumACS, a division of American Correctional Solutions, is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for a travel assignment at a state inpatient psychiatric facility in Pueblo, Colorado. This facility serves adult forensic and civil behavioral health populations in a secure, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric nursing care under RN supervision
Assist with patient assessments
Administer medications within LPN/LVN scope of practice
Monitor patient behavior and document observations
Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts
Participate in MANDT crisis management and restraint training
Requirements
Active Colorado LPN/LVN license
Inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health LPN/LVN experience
Current AHA BLS certification
Experience working in secure, forensic, or inpatient psychiatric settings preferred
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
