What is an Internship FIFO?

An Internship FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) is a work arrangement commonly found in industries like mining, oil and gas, and construction, where interns travel to a remote work site for a set period and then return home for time off. This schedule allows interns to gain hands-on experience at locations that may not be accessible for daily commuting.
