DATA INSIGHTS INTERN

Job Overview: Fidelity Bankโ€™s highly competitive Fall 2026 Data Insights Internship will provide hands-on experience with the world of data analytics.ย  This paid, 12-week program offers an opportunity to work closely with the Data Insights Manager in support of the Consumer Banking Divisionโ€™s strategic priorities.ย  Interns will work up to 40 hours per week and gain valuable insights into the practice of data analysis and strategic planning.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with data projects including data acquisition, cleaning, analysis, and visualization
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support divisional goals and performance
  • Analyzing customer behaviors for sales strategy deployment
  • Supporting divisional projects surrounding efficiency and process improvement
  • Reviewing competitor data to identify opportunities in the market
  • Collaborating on wide-scale studies regarding divisional performance, market trends, and product opportunities

Requirements for the position:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
