Our team, the Home & Navigation team, shape the first interaction that millions of travelers have with Expedia. We're looking for a motivated, curious, and forward-thinking engineer who is passionate about delivering seamless, personalized experiences across native apps and web.
As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in crafting the initial experience for customers as they enter the Expedia ecosystem. From the home page to navigation, your work will ensure travelers can easily explore, discover, and shop for their ideal travel products.
In this role, you will:

  • Build Impactful APIs:Contribute to developing high-quality, resilient, scalable and fast API capabilities on our experience stack, focusing on the Home screen.

  • Customer first mindset: Assist with supporting Production systems (includes investigating issues and working towards resolution)

  • Quality First:Write automated tests to ensure our code is reliable and supports continuous integration.

  • AI First: Demonstrate familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products, and safely integrate and operate

The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $108,500.00 to $152,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $173,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
