Job description

We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join a growing industrial operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move, load, and transport materials throughout the facility while supporting production and recycling operations. Candidates with experience in construction, aggregates, recycling, demolition, scrap, or other heavy industrial environments are encouraged to apply.

Brand-new CAT 950 wheel loaders are part of the equipment fleet, offering operators the opportunity to work with modern, well-maintained machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Operate front-end loaders, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility and processing areas.
  • Perform pre-shift inspections and daily equipment checks.
  • Maintain safe operating practices and comply with all company safety policies.
  • Communicate with production, maintenance, and operations personnel to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized while maintaining environmental compliance.
  • Assist with material handling and other operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction, recycling, aggregates, scrap, mining, or industrial environment.
