Requirements
Position Overview
The LA Event Intern will support the Events team in various tasks and projects, providing valuable hands-on experience in these key business areas. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to gain practical experience in financial analysis, reporting, and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day organizational tasks and coordination of event production materials.
  • Assist with creative activations, brainstorming, and post-event reporting
  • Assist with speaker prep, recording, and technical assistance for virtual events
  • Help with venue scouting, walkthroughs, staffing, and other support for in-person events
  • Manage long-term and short-term research projects
  • Assist and support other departments within the organization if needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are
  • Interest in a career in event planning, progressive issue-based advocacy, logistics, and/or operations
  • Hospitality, events, and/or customer service background
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions
  • Resourceful attitude and keen attention to detail
