We are looking for Network performance or analytics from AI background on this role .

Job Description

Telecom Specialist Network domain SME Position Overview We are looking for a professional with strong understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) 4G/5G technologies with strong understanding of E2E network domain, performance, KPI's , understands CM/PM/FM data from OSS platforms. This role will require provide technical guidance to data science and software development in interpreting and providing directions to develop new AI and agentic solutions. We are looking for a professional with analytical skills to support development of network performance solutions. This role does not require development skills, but a solid grasp of telecom concepts and data analysis is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Solid understanding of configuration management, performance management and fault management OSS data structure preferably with knowledge on Nokia and Ericsson OEM.

Analyse RAN performance data and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for improving network efficiency.

Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network-related issues.

Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to develop new performance reports and data analytics solutions

Provide guidance on AI/ML use cases for telecom operations and network optimization Validate KPIs and ensure end-to-end solution alignment across deployments

Lead network optimization efforts across enterprise and large-scale carrier deployments

Mentor junior team members on OSS best practices and telecom technologies

Required Qualifications

Should have at least 7-10 yrs experience in this domain.

Strong understanding of RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G concepts, KPIs, network architecture).

Should be able to work with software developers and data scientists to provide guidance in developing new performance reports, data analytics or AI use cases.

Strong technology understanding is preferred with software development skills being optional

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of network performance metrics.

Hands-on experience with telecom tools and performance monitoring systems.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proven experience with network optimization and KPI validation

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications Software development experience (optional but valued) Experience with AI/ML applications in telecom Familiarity with data analytics platforms and tools Proven track record supporting major global operators (Airtel, AT&T, T-Mobile, Dish, Jio, or similar) Enterprise and large-scale operator deployment exposure Working knowledge of telecom-specific data structures and APIs
