Effective preparation, such as familiarizing yourself with safety guidelines and equipment handling procedures, is key to overcoming these obstacles. Building strong communication with your team and being open to feedback can also help you adjust quickly and ensure accurate data collection. Additionally, developing organizational skills for managing samples and documentation will support your success in the role.
