Position Summary

Cornerstone Bank is pleased to offer an engaging internship opportunity designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a dynamic banking environment. Interns will be assigned specific projects aligned with departmental goals, allowing them to contribute directly to the Bank’s operations and strategic initiatives. Throughout the internship, participants will work closely with their manager and collaborate with team members across various functions, gaining valuable insights into the financial services industry while developing professional skills in a supportive and inclusive workplace. Opportunities available in Project Management, Banking Center Customer Relations, Customer Service Development, Digital Banking


Fall Semester Internships start September – December

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Assist in various department projects
  • Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
  • Perform any other duties in the scope of your department


Qualifications

Must be a current student at a university within the Finance, Accounting or Business Majors

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Prior experience in a professional office environment a plus 



INDEPENDENT ACTION

Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with Manager where clarification or exception to Bank policy may be required.
