Shift:

  • Night Shift 6pm-6am 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends.

Pay:

Newly Updated Pay - Associates start at $24.25 as an hourly rate. Importantly associates have a clear path to compensation growth through skill development and training milestones.

  • Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.
  • Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Championing Safety and Quality: You'll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
  • Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
  • Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment. 

Experience that you need to succeed

  • Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
  • Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
  • Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
  • Ability to read, speak and write English.
