DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CLEAN ALL DISHES, GLASSES, SERVICE UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED.
- USING CART RETURN ALL DISHES TO THE LINE IN TIMELY FASHION.
- KEEP DISH AREA CLEAN AND ORGANIZED AT ALL TIMES.
- TAKE OUT TRASH AND BOXES THROUGHOUT SHIFT AS NEEDED. BREAK DOWN ALL BOXES.
- INFORM MANAGEMENT OF ANY DISH NEEDS. (i.e. NEEDED ITEMS, BROKEN EQUIPMENT ETC)

- SWEEP AND MOP ENTIRE BACK ROOM AND WALK-IN.
- CLEAN OUT ALL KITCHEN DRAINS

- PHYSICAL: Must be able to stand & exert fast pace mobility for up to 8 hours. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, lift & carry pans, trays and bus tubs 25lbs or more
