Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator | Henderson, NV


Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking to grow your career in a fast-paced distribution environment? Nexeo Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates – Forklift to support a high-volume manufacturer and distributor of pure nutritional supplement ingredients, vitamins, and minerals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who value stability, teamwork, and long-term growth.

The Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, product movement, and inventory accuracy. You’ll work with tall racking systems, strict safety protocols, and a high-volume workflow, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and safe equipment operation.


Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (including Cherry Pickers)
  • Transport, stack, and retrieve pallets, bulk ingredients, and finished goods
  • Load/unload trucks, containers, and warehouse shipments
  • Perform manual labor tasks as needed
  • Update inventory logs
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Organize and rotate product stock efficiently
  • Complete pre-operational inspections
  • Check fluids and report any malfunctions immediately
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and internal safety protocols
  • Wear required PPE at all times
  • Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas


Qualifications

  • Valid Forklift Certification – Required
  • Valid Food Handler's Card – Required
  • 1+ year experience operating forklifts (Cherry Pickers/Stand up)
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently
  • Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and coachable
  • Bi-lingual candidates strongly preferred
  • Safety-driven and team-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse
  • Able to follow instructions and adapt to shifting priorities

Pay

$15.50 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Full Time | 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday
