About the Role

Blukers, inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Strategist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and contribute to business growth.

This role is ideal for a creative, analytical professional who enjoys developing multi-channel campaigns, evaluating performance, and using data to improve marketing results. The Marketing Strategist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
  • Support the development of content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and print materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, web developers, and other external partners as needed.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation, customer relationship management, and campaign-tracking tools.
  • Assist with branding, events, community outreach, trade shows, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Manage assigned projects, deadlines, and marketing resources within approved budgets.
  • Present marketing recommendations and campaign updates to company leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, content strategy, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Experience using analytics to measure campaign performance and guide decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management tools.
  • Working knowledge of website content, search engine optimization, and basic HTML preferred.
  • Experience coordinating print advertising and promotional materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
