• Prepare and position patients and select exposure factors accurately.
• Prepare for and assist the supervising technologists and physicians in a variety of imaging procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

This internship is designed for students who are within 12 months of graduating from their radiology program and will soon be transitioning into roles as Radiology Technicians.
