Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Foundational understanding of semiconductor devices, fabrication processes, and electrical characterization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

  • Understanding of reliability testing, yield analysis, or device characterization methodologies.

  • Drive yield improvement and quality enhancement activities 
  • Perform electrical characterization and support failure analysis to identify root causes of product issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Device, Process, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Prepare technical reports, engineering summaries, and datadriven recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including analysis of customer returns and field performance.
  • Support new product development (NPI), including product characterization, qualification, and massproduction readiness.
  • Monitor production data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
