Electrical Engineer – Utility-Scale Solar

We are hiring for an Electrical Engineer who will support utility-scale solar projects across early-stage development and M&A technical due diligence. This role will focus on solar system layouts, preliminary electrical design, and technical evaluation of acquisition targets. This position will work closely with the Civil Engineer to assess project feasibility, review seller documentation, and prepare internal technical reports to support acquisition decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the electrical consultants for the design of projects.
  • Analyze and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment in renewable energy projects.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry Prepare weekly and annual plans for the electrical team.
  • Standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
