Job description

Description:

Location: Hybrid – Greater Boston, MA

Job Summary

aPriori is looking for a Content Marketing Lead who sits at the intersection of content strategy and AI-powered content creation. This role is for a builder, problem-solver, and strategic thinker who doesn’t just write — they architect scalable systems that produce compelling, outcome-driven content. You’ll own the full content lifecycle from ideation and theme alignment through AI-assisted drafting, editing, and automated publishing. Beyond your own output, you’ll enable teams across GTM — demand gen, sales, product marketing, customer success — to create better content faster using AI tools and reusable templates. If you believe great content should influence action, educate, stop the scroll, and drive pipeline, this role was made for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a content plan tied to marketing and corporate objectives, defining themes, editorial standards, and audience alignment so every piece has a clear reader, segment, and goal.
  • Create compelling content across blogs, social posts, newsletters, ebooks, win stories, guides, emails, and more — refining the mix based on performance.
  • Measure and prove impact: evaluate performance data to show how content drives new interest, pipeline, and deal acceleration.
  • Act as the editorial voice of the brand, interviewing internal and external SMEs — including partners and analysts — to elevate quality and credibility.
  • Write effective prompts that produce high-quality drafts for blog posts, landing pages, emails, social copy, and other marketing assets.
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable AI skills, prompt templates, and style guides for GTM teams to leverage across channels.
  • Stay current on the evolving AI landscape — writing tools, image generation, productivity platforms — and bring the best tools into the workflow.
  • Edit AI-generated content with a critical eye: fact-check, restructure, and add human insight before anything goes live.
  • Automate repetitive tasks including meta descriptions, alt text, social snippets, email subject-line variants, and monthly newsletter assembly.
  • Continuously identify manual bottlenecks and propose AI-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI content marketing or copywriting.
  • Builder mentality — proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Hands-on experience using AI writing tools professionally; portfolio or examples of AI-assisted work strongly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating across GTM teams including sales, marketing, product, customer success, and business development.
  • Strong prompt-engineering skills with the ability to produce nuanced, on-brand output from LLMs and troubleshoot when results fall short.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms and SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to distinguish high-quality, impactful content from adequate AI output.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to drive theme alignment across GTM.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or a related field, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling content programs with measurable impact on pipeline and demand generation.
  • Proven track record with AI-assisted content workflows; examples of work strongly preferred.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and data-informed content planning a plus.
  • Graphic design ability using AI image generation, video scripting, or multimedia production a plus.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or mechanical engineering space a plus.
