The SharePoint Developer plays a critical role by delivering timely, highโ€‘quality, outโ€‘ofโ€‘theโ€‘box SharePoint solutions. This position requires exceptional customer service, strong technical expertise, and consistent responsiveness. The developer collaborates closely with site owners, content managers, and end users to design, sustain, and optimize SharePoint environments that meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with site and content owners for creation, development, and sustainment of SharePoint sites
  • Ensure compliance with established SharePoint governance policies
  • Configure and manage site access in alignment with business requirements and processes
  • Meet with customers to gather requirements and develop tools and solutions
  • Plan, support, and execute SharePoint migrations and upgrades
  • Provide analysis, design, handsโ€‘on development, and delivery of SharePoint sites
  • Translate functional requirements into system requirements to support scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint site issues, access challenges, workflows, and configuration problems
