Position Summary:

FOX Factory is seeking a Technical Content Creator to join our Mountain Bike Marketing team. This role is responsible for creating compelling, technically accurate content that educates, inspires, and engages riders, dealers, media partners, and industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing skills with a passion for mountain biking and the ability to translate complex suspension and component technologies into accessible, engaging content. Working closely with product managers, engineers, athletes, and marketing teams, the Technical Content Creator will help tell the story behind FOX products and technologies across digital, print, social, and retail channels.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop technical and marketing content for mountain bike products, including suspension forks, shocks, dropper posts, and related technologies.

Create product launch materials, web copy, feature explanations, technical articles, blogs, email campaigns, dealer resources, and athlete-focused content.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical innovations and communicate their benefits to riders of varying skill levels.

Produce educational content that helps consumers understand product setup, tuning, maintenance, and performance advantages.

Support new product launches with compelling storytelling and accurate technical messaging.

Interview athletes, engineers, product managers, and industry partners to develop authentic brand stories.

Ensure consistency in brand voice, technical terminology, and messaging across all communication channels.

Assist in developing content strategies that support product awareness, rider education, and sales objectives.

Stay informed about mountain bike industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor products, and rider culture.

Participate in product testing, events, races, media launches, and field experiences to gather insights and create authentic content.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

5 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, marketing communications, or a related role.

Experience working within the cycling, outdoor, sports, or performance product industries preferred.

Experience in creating content for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns preferred.

Experience riding and testing mountain bikes across multiple disciplines, including trail, enduro, downhill, and e-MTB preferred.

Compensation Range$63,847.92 - $87,790.89 CAD

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed above and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
