Job description

Position Overviewย 

This role is a key contributor within Corporate FP&A, with primary responsibility for the preparation, accuracy, and delivery ofย externalfacingย financial reporting to senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and our lending partners. You will help ensure that financial results and outlooks are communicated clearly, consistently, and credibly,ย combining technical financial accuracy withย executivelevelย narrative and presentation.ย 

The ideal candidate isย detailoriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating inย deadlinedrivenย environments, with a strong understanding of how financial performance isย evaluated by Boards and lenders.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Corporate, Board & Lender Reportingย 

  • Prepare andย maintainย monthly, quarterly, andย adhocย Board reporting packages, including financial statements, KPIs, variance analysis, and executive summaries.ย 

  • Produce monthly and quarterly lender reporting, ensuring compliance with debt agreements, covenants, and reporting timelines.ย 

  • Ensure consistency of metrics, definitions, and presentation across Board materials, lender decks, and executive reports.ย 

Executive Financial Analysis & Communicationย 

  • Translate financial results, trends, and forecasts into clearย executivelevelย commentary, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.ย 

  • Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for CFO and executive leadership review meetings.ย 

  • Proactivelyย identifyย emerging issues or deviations fromย planย and flag them for leadership.ย 

Forecasting & Planning Supportย 

  • Support the annual budget and periodic forecast processes, with a focus onย consolidatedย corporate results andย covenantrelevantย metrics.ย 

  • Maintain forecast models that support external reporting, including EBITDA bridges and leverage metrics.ย 

  • Build andย maintainย integrated financial models to support investment cases, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives.ย 

Data Accuracy, Controls & Process Disciplineย 

  • Reconcile reported results to source systems and accounting outputs, ensuring data integrity and auditability.ย 

  • Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A teams to ensure inputs are complete,ย accurate, and aligned.ย 

  • Maintain documentation for Board and lender reporting processes, assumptions, and key calculations.ย 

  • Identifyย opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and timeliness.ย 

Qualificationsย 

Requiredย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, orย a relatedย field.ย 

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting.ย 

  • Handsonย experience preparingย Boardlevelย and/or lender reporting.ย 

  • Strong financial statement knowledge (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).ย 

  • Advanced Excelย and PowerPointย skills and high attention to detail.ย 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior audiences.ย 

Preferredย 

  • Experience working in aย PEbacked,ย leveraged, orย lenderintensiveย environment.ย 

  • Exposure toย debt covenants, leverage ratios, and cash flow forecasting.ย 

  • CPA, CFA, or CMAย a plus.ย
