THIS IS NOT A COFFEE-AND-CLEANUP INTERNSHIP.
At DHT Group, interns work side-by-side with experienced diesel technicians in a real, fast-paced heavy truck shop.
If you are attending a trade school, community college, technical program, or diesel technology program and want REAL experience on REAL equipment - keep reading.
This is your opportunity to build hands-on experience, earn money, and develop skills that actually matter in the industry.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
  • Preventive maintenance on Class 8 trucks
  • Diesel diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Electrical and ECM systems
  • Brake systems, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
  • Shop safety and fleet maintenance procedures
  • Use of professional diagnostic software including:
    • DiagnosticLink
    • Cummins Insite
    • Bendix / Wabco

You won't sit in a classroom all day.
You'll be in the shop learning from experienced technicians and working on real fleet equipment.
