Responsibilities : 

  • Gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, the development of business analysis and reporting. 

  • Assist members of the accounting department in both daily activities and special projects. 

  • Ensure compliance in invoicing processes. 

  • Support flow of documentation for account payables/ accounts receivables for business units and assist in managing and tracking cash results daily to ensure the forecast and AOP metrics are met. 

  • Work in cross functional teams to assign asset tags to missing assets. 

  • Analyze monthly performance as compared to the forecast and budget for responsible areas. 

  • Maintain, support and actively participate in internal control requirements as well as ensuring compliance with policies and GAAP. 

  • Complete asset information within a fixed asset module to ensure accurate tax schedules and reports for year end. 

  • Research and map accounts payable processes and accounts receivable processes and recommend improvements.
