Guest Services – Introduction to Hospitality Internship

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We invite you to apply for our open Guest Services - Introduction Internship. This program introduces Kalahari's unique brand and culture. You will learn and work in a fast-paced environment, while making a daily difference in one of our departments. Launch your hospitality career with a hands-on Summer Guest Services Internship where you'll gain real-world experience, build valuable customer service skills, and create unforgettable guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced resort environment. Perfect for local students looking to grow professionally while working alongside an energetic and supportive team!

This is a working internship, open to students ranging from high school juniors and seniors to incoming freshmen, sophomores, and college juniors. Geared toward those ready to dip their toes into the hospitality industry, this is an excellent introduction.

There are a limited number of spots available for this program located at our Wisconsin Resort.

Payrate - $16.25/hour

About the Program:

Guest Services & Rooms Division

Successful hospitality leaders understand that the Rooms Division is at the heart of the guest experience. Our Rooms Internship offers two unique Hospitality Introduction opportunities designed to provide hands-on exposure to both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes operations.

Ideal candidates should have at least one year of previous customer service experience. Internship opportunities may include Front Desk, Concierge, PBX (Operator), Valet, Shuttle, or Bell Staff.
  • Back of House Kalahari guests expect exceptional service and cleanliness throughout their stay, and our Rooms team plays a key role in delivering that experience. Interns will gain exposure to Housekeeping, Common Area, and Laundry operations while helping maintain the high standards our guests know and love.
