Job description

Our Financial Services client is seeking a contractor to provide dedicated support to the Resiliency Working Group. The ideal candidate brings strong PMO experience, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of operational resiliency and disaster recovery.

This position is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in NYC, Philadelphia or Atlanta. Local candidates only - NO RELOCATION.


This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) or transfer. Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization.


Operational Resiliency Program Support (Contract)

Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite


About the Team:

Group Risk Management (GRM) partners with business units as a trusted advisor, enabling informed decision-making that supports strategic and operational objectives. GRM oversees and enhances the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, Operational Resiliency, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Corporate Insurance programs. These programs support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of risk across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of an end-to-end Operational Resiliency framework and strategy.
  • Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across resiliency initiatives.
  • Facilitate working group meetings, including agenda development, requirement gathering, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain project governance, documentation, dashboards, and reporting for resiliency programs.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and status updates for senior leadership and working group members.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and risk teams.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of PMO or project management experience within a large enterprise or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational resiliency, business continuity, and/or disaster recovery.
  • Experience working with cross?functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management concepts and frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, reporting, and documentation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
