Job Summary

MedEx Medical Transport is seeking motivated and adaptable interns to support a variety of functions within our organization. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional medical transport and disaster response environment. Interns may work in areas such as dispatch operations, administrative support, inventory, logistics coordination, and other projects based on organizational needs and the interns' skill.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical workplace experience, build transferable skills, and contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to patient care and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on placement, interns may:

  • Assist withย dispatch operationsย by supporting communications, call tracking, and scheduling.

  • Provideย administrative/billing supportย including data entry, document preparation, scanning, and filing.

  • Help withย inventory managementย through stock checks, supply organization, and equipment tracking.

  • Supportย logistics and operationsย teams during planning and deployment readiness activities.

  • Participate inย special projectsย to improve workflow, efficiency, and compliance.

  • Contribute toย process documentation, policy updates, or reporting tasks.

  • Work collaboratively with staff across departments to ensure smooth operations.
