* Rate: $20 USD per hour Job Details Description Titan Technologies is hiring a summer intern (temporary) to support our construction program management sector. If you are a current college student, motivated & detail oriented, this temporary internship may be for you! In this role you will assist with various special projects and/or administrative duties in support of our Total Program Management (TPM) operations. You will be involved in several areas such as field engineering, document control, contractor management and programming/design. Duties and Responsibilities: * Assists in the gathering, validation, and organization of design and bid documents * Assists in preparations of meetings * Manages small tasks and assists with research on topics or trends. Tracks work, writes memos, prepares spreadsheets, and summary documents for research work. * Tracks and assists in preparation of briefing materials * Schedules meetings; attends and participates in professional group meetings; and prepares meeting minutes. * Other duties assigned as needed. Required Qualifications: * Ability to type 45 WPM * Proficient experience with Microsoft Office products 2013-2016 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
