Position Overview:

Are you passionate about helping others grow and thrive in their careers? Join us as a Talent Program Intern and be part of shaping the future of workforce development at Louisiana Blue. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting programs like Generation Blue Internships and extern programs-all while learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition, program coordination, and employee engagement.
This internship is a great opportunity to build your professional skills, connect with inspiring mentors, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Supporting onboarding activities, intern orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Participating in outreach efforts such as career fairs, university events, and community engagement.
  • Helping facilitate intern programming, mentorship sessions, and training events.
  • Maintaining applicant tracking documentation and supporting data entry in our ATS (Workday).
  • Creating surveys and dashboards to track program success and gather feedback.
  • Collaborating with team members on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Relations, Education, or a related field.
  • Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
  • A strong communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
