  • Assist with reviewing basic social media performance metrics, including views, reach, and engagement
  • Collaborate with team members across digital, news, promotions, and other station departments
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform features, and evolving digital content practices
  • Assist with additional digital projects and assignments as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Current college or university student pursuing a degree in communications, journalism, digital media, marketing, broadcasting, public relations, or a related field
  • Strong interest in social media, digital content, broadcasting, journalism, or communications
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging social media copy
  • Creative mindset and an interest in visual and digital storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic experience with video editing, photography, graphic design, or other content-creation tools is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to learn new digital platforms and technology

What You'll Gain
This internship offers hands-on exposure to social media content creation, short-form video, digital storytelling, audience engagement, analytics, brand management, and digital strategy within a professional media environment.
