JOB DESCRIPTION

At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a student to join our Data Protection team as an intern at our Madrid office.
The selected candidate will support the team in managing and monitoring data protection initiatives, contributing to internal advisory work, document review, and compliance with applicable regulations.

 
DUTIES

  • Support in the development and implementation of the data protection management system
  • Assist in handling data subject rights requests
  • Support in the review of clauses, contracts, and data protection documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and related documentation (records, impact assessments, etc.)
  • Support in preparing internal training materials
  • Collaborate in monitoring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • General support in internal control procedures related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, as established by the Technical Unit and the Internal Control Body (OCI)General support with the internal control procedures for anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism established by the Anti-money
  • Laundering Group and the Internal Control Body.
