About the Role
As a Receptionist, you are the first impression for our guests - both in person and over the phone. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask with a positive attitude.
What You'll Do
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard
  • Transfer calls, take messages, and provide accurate information
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional phone presence
  • Perform data entry, typing, proofreading, and basic office tasks
  • Create signage for gift shop and sales areas as needed
  • Process carry-out and bakery orders (same day and future orders)
  • Take concert ticket orders (phone and in-person)
  • Complete sales order forms
  • Communicate with maintenance and other departments as needed
  • Monitor emergency alerts and assist with announcements if necessary
  • Handle busy situations with professionalism and efficiency
