Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist
- Enter and maintain product data, including SKUs, UPCs, descriptions, dimensions, weights, and pricing, as the Data Entry Specialist
- Verify vendor and merchandising data for accuracy and completeness as the Data Entry Specialist
- Assign product categories, attributes, and tags to support website navigation and search functionality as the Data Entry Specialist
- Identify, report, and correct discrepancies such as missing or mismatched product information as the Data Entry Specialist
- Upload product images and collaborate with procurement, marketing, and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records as the Data Entry Specialist
Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and data cleaning techniques
- Accurate typing skills (50+ WPM) with strong attention to detail
